Offers : Grand Opening Sale
We have started the "Grand Opening Sale" from 20th June 2023. The "sale", refers to the opening ceremony sale of yunica fashion. This sale is subject to change by the yunica fashion authority. We can change, stop or edit any of the offers provided for now. For now, the "upto 50% off" refers to some select product(s) that can be listed with 50% off. Some products may be listed with less percentage of discounts. The "Free delivery over shopping of โน999" refers that if a customer has a total cart value of โน999 and above, then the delivery will be provided free of cost. But for less than โน999 cart value, delivery charges apply. The "Buy 1 Get 1 free" offer is also limited to some selected products only. The products are merged as a single product as Buy 1 Get 1 free combo,if the customer adds the combo product, both the products in that Combo will be delivered with the listed price.
Exchange & Return Policy
If customer have complain about our product quality, we offer 7 Days Exchange and returns. The exchange and return is only applicable on selected purposes only. The cases for that we will provide exchange is - 1. ๐ช๐ฟ๐ผ๐ป๐ด ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐ ๐๐ฒ๐น๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ : If any type of wrong product is delivered to the customer, or the delivered product is different from the ordered product, customer can apply for exchange. 2. ๐๐ฎ๐บ๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ๐ฑ/๐ง๐ผ๐ฟ๐ป/๐ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ธ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐ : Although we strictly follow our product checking guideline, but in some few cases, If the customer finds their ordered product torn or damaged or discover any kind of mark in it - we exchange it. 3. ๐ฆ๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐ ๐ถ๐๐บ๐ฎ๐๐ฐ๐ต : If the product doesn't fit to the customer, we give an exchange to the preferred size. This is not applicable on the size-neutral dresses such as sarees, dhotis etc. And also it's not applicable on undergarments. Note that, in certain cases when the order can't be exchanged, only then we give Return & Refund. If we are able to exchange the product, we don't give refund or return instead of exchange. Sometimes, your exchange may be rejected, if - 1. ๐๐ ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐ฒ ๐๐ถ๐น๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ป๐ผ๐ ๐๐ถ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ป ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ป ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐๐ : If a customer applies for exchange after 7 days, their exchange request may be rejected. 2. ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐บ๐ผ๐๐ฎ๐น ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ง๐ฎ๐ด๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฆ๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ธ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ : If the customer removes the tag or sticker attached to the product, their exchange request may be cancelled. 3. ๐๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ธ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ผ๐ณ : Customers are requested to shoot an unboxing video, especially if a product is exchanged for wear and tear, we need proper proofs to identify that the damage/defect in the product is from our side or not. In that case, if there is no such proof, exchange may be cancelled. 4. ๐๐ถ๐๐น๐ถ๐ธ๐ฒ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฆ๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐ป๐ฒ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐น ๐ฑ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐๐ฒ๐ : If the product is fully perfect from our side, and the customer is only wanting to exchange as they didn't like the product, then the exchange will not be granted. Exchange will be done only for faulty goods. The size neutral dresses (which has no certain size or fit) like sarees or dhotis are not exchanged for the size.
